(L-R) B-LOG Chief Innovation Officer Gerry Ardian, President Director Maickel Tilon, and Finance & Accounting Division Head Antonia Indrawati speak during the 2026 Public Expose in Tangerang, Tuesday (Sept. 8, 2026).
B-LOG operates a B2B third-party logistics (3PL) business by integrating its warehousing network, comprising both cold storage and dry warehouses, with land transportation services to support large-scale distribution across Indonesia. Through this model, B-LOG manages customers’ supply chains from inbound receiving at warehouses, inventory management, order management, and pick-and-pack processes to delivery scheduling and the distribution of goods to customers using its transportation fleet.
With cold chain logistics as one of B-LOG’s key focus areas, the Company has developed the capabilities required to manage customers’ temperature-sensitive products by integrating strategically located cold storage facilities with cold chain transportation services, supporting distribution across Indonesia.
As of the first half of 2026, B-LOG’s operational network extended to more than 130 locations across over 50 cities and 25 provinces throughout Indonesia. Supported by more than 3,500 vehicles and a network of 16 warehouses, B-LOG’s logistics operations are capable of serving more than 26,000 delivery points per day. This operational scale has continued to grow consistently compared with previous years.
“B-LOG’s growth is supported by four interconnected foundations: the continuous development of our people, the expansion of our distribution network across Indonesia, the adoption of adaptive technology, and the development of our assets and infrastructure. Strengthening these four foundations enables B-LOG to continuously enhance its service capabilities and quality while pursuing sustainable growth and supporting the development of Indonesia’s supply chain,” said Gerry Ardian, Chief Innovation Officer of B-LOG.
Alongside the expansion of its operational network, B-LOG continues to develop its human capital to ensure consistent service standards across its operations in different regions. These efforts are implemented through learning & development, performance management, and leadership & succession programs, including the development of the B-LOG Training Center in Tangerang.
Going forward, B-LOG plans to gradually expand its training center facilities to other strategic regions, in line with the development of its operational facilities to increase capacity and further enhance connectivity between its transportation and warehousing services.

From a financial perspective, B-LOG recorded a net profit margin of 10.6% in the first half of 2026. As of June 30, 2026, the Company recorded total assets of IDR 1.138 trillion, liabilities of IDR 511 billion, and equity of IDR 627 billion. The asset position reflects the continued expansion of the Company’s scale compared with total assets of IDR 1.032 trillion at the end of 2025.
“The growth in revenue and net profit during the first half of 2026 demonstrates the Company’s ability to maintain its performance while continuing to expand its business activities. We remain focused on prudent asset management and maintaining a sound capital structure to support healthy and sustainable business growth,” said Antonia Indrawati, Finance & Accounting Division Head of B-LOG.
Entering the second half of 2026, B-LOG will continue to enhance the readiness of its transportation fleet, warehousing facilities, human resources, and operational systems to maintain service quality and support the evolving needs of its customers.
